Daily's Nutra-A Plus is a high potency vitamin A made from vegetarian sources. The Vitamin A 7,500 mcg (25,000 IU) includes: Vitamin A-Palmitate 3,000 mcg (10,000 IU) & Beta-Carotene Vitamin A 9,000 mcg (15,000 IU) (mixed carotenoids derived from algae and spirulina) per capsule. Nutra-A Plus is a highly potent source of vitamin A that has a wide margin of safety because the majority of the vitamin A is beta-carotene which the body must convert to the active form of vitamin A as needed.
