Vitamin A (as retinyl palmitate) 1,500 mcg RAE (5,000 IU), Vitamin C (as calcium ascorbate) 500 mg, Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol) 125 mcg (5,000 IU), Zinc (as zinc citrate) 20 mg, Vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-4) 150 mcg. Other ingredients: Vegetable glycerin, purified water, sunflower lecithin, medium-chain triglyceride oil, acacia gum, natural rosemary extract, and xanthan gum.
Directions
Shake lightly before each use. Take 1 tsp (5 ml) by mouth and swallow. Always take with food or after a recent meal to prevent nausea from the zinc. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.
