This product provides support for healthy heart and brain health, delivering a broad spectrum of plant-based Omega fatty acids, including ahiflower oil, which contains Omega-3 stearidonic acid, a more bioavailable form of plant-based Omega-3. Formulated with sustainably sourced ingredients and free of contaminants such as mercury from fish or PCBs, the easy-to-swallow soft gels have no fishy aftertaste and are gluten-free and non-GMO. Adults should take 2 soft gels daily for optimal health benefits. Additionally, ahiflower oil is a flower seed oil rich in Omega-3, while pomegranate seed oil is rich in punicic acid, a beneficial fatty acid with structural resemblance to conjugated alpha-linolenic and linoleic acids, and avocado oil is high in oleic acid.*
