Each serving size of two (2) Veg Capsules contains: Turmeric Root Extract (Curcuma longa) - 600 mg (Standardized to min. 95% Curcuminoids); Bromelain (2400 GDU/g, from Pineapple) - 300 mg. OTHER ingredients: Cellulose (capsule), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica.
Directions
Take 1-2 capsules twice daily, preferably with food. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
