Optibac Live cultures for every day 90 capsules is high-quality live cultures supplement with FOS, containing six different strains, for your daily use. It provides 5 billion live microorganisms + 88 mg of FOS fibres per capsule, guaranteed until the end of Expiry. Contains 6 different high-quality strains, from the Lactobacillus, Lactococcus and Bifidobacterium genera. Does not require refrigeration, unlike many products on the market containing live cultures. Suitable for women during pregnancy.

Optibac live cultures may be used on an ongoing basis and can safely be used on either an occasional or daily basis, depending on reasons for use. Keep out of reach of children. *Dairy is not an ingredient, however it is used in production and then removed. Any minute traces would not affect those with an intolerance.

Directions
Adults and children (4 years and over): take one capsule daily with food, preferably with breakfast when stomach acidity is at its most neutral. Can be increased to two capsules daily, or as professionally directed. For children or anyone unable to swallow capsules, the capsule can be opened and the contents can be mixed with cold food or drink. For maximum potency, can refrigerate after opening. Close lid firmly after each use and do not remove desiccant sachet from the glass jar.
