ABBLO Prenatal / Pregnant iron bisglycinate 1 tablet a day. VERY gentle on the stomac and can be taken together with calcium tablets and other pregnant minerals and vitamins, and food. 1 tablet a day, together with breakfast and pregnat minerals and vitamins. Iron supplement is especially recommended pregnant women, about 20% of all pregnant women develop iron deficiency at the end of pregnancy. Typical signs of iron deficiency are dizziness, fatigue/fatigue and physical impairment.
