Directions
Adults: 2 softgels daily. For additional support, the dose may be doubled. Children aged 12+: 1-2 softgels daily. For optimal absorption, take with food and divide the daily dose between morning and evening. Consistent intake is recommended for optimal results. Do not exceed the maximum dose.
