Directions
Mix 1 packet of Flush in 8-12oz of water and drink after sex, and at least every 3 days to flush the urinary tract, up to 3x daily. Take 2 capsules of Defend daily with water. Take 1 capsule orally with water for 15 consecutive days each month. Promote starts working in 15 days. Each month, restart 15-day dosing of Promote for month-long support.
