Ingredients
Dried Plums, senna leaves, Alexandrian senna pods, raisins, sucrose, purified water, bee honey, flax seed, caramel color, citric acid, guar gum powder, potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate added as preservatives.
Directions
Adults and childrens 15 years of age and over take 1 to 2 tablets before bedtime. Follow with a glass (8oz) of water or juce. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Childrens under 15 years of age consult a doctor.
