Each serving size (1 capsule) contains: Vitamin A 2500 IU, Vitamin E (as d-alpha Tocopheryl Succinate) 30 IU, Vitamin B-6 (as Pyridoxine HCl/Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate) 25 mg, Zinc (Zinc picolinate/oxide complex) 15 mg, Saw Palmetto (berry) 160 mg, Pygeum (bark) 50 mg, Pumpkin Seed powder 100 mg, Glycine 50 mg, L-Alanine 50 mg, L-Glutamic Acid 50 mg, Grape seed extract 10 mg. Other ingredients: Cellulose, gelatin (capsule), vegetable stearate and silica.
Directions
