Directions
Apply the compress to the affected area, ensuring a snug fit. For cold therapy, place the gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use. For heat therapy, microwave the gel pack for 1-2 minutes or heat in hot water. Position the compress vertically or horizontally for optimal coverage. Use for 15-20 minutes at a time, with breaks in between. Avoid direct skin contact and do not use if the compress is leaking or damaged.
