Directions

Heat Therapy: Heat in the microwave for 60 seconds, add increments of 30 seconds for additional warmth, lightly touch test prior to use, reheat the product in the same session should be done after 2 hours. Cold Therapy: Place wrap in a large bag and keep in freezer for at least 4 hours prior to use, expect 8-10 minutes of gentle cool therapy per freezing cycle.
