Cramp Relax is an update to our long-time beloved Cramp Bark Extra, now featuring Black Haw bark, an herb relative to cramp bark herb and also traditionally used in support of relaxing occasional muscle cramps during menses. This is the same formula, now with Black Haw; still featuring the thoughtful combination of supportive herbs and nutrients to relieve common menstrual cramps during menses. This change is due to a shortage of cramp bark worldwide, and we are confident of this formula change using this relative traditional herb.

Ingredients
Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Niacin (Vitamin B3), Vitamin B6, Calcium, Magnesium, Black haw, Rutin, Valerian root, Black Cohosh root extract, Ginger rhizome. Other ingredients: Vegan capsule, calcium laurate.
Directions
Temporary support, 1-3 capsules every three hours; up to four times daily during menstruation. A maintenance dose of 3 capsules, once daily may be taken 1-2 days before menstruation. The maintenance dose may also be taken as needed to support muscle tissue relaxation anywhere in the body; also suitable for men.
