Purified water, dioscorea villosa (wild yam) root extract, isopropyl palmitate (palm oil), stearic acid, glycerin, caprylic/capric triglycerides or coconut oil, glyceryl stearate, emulsifying wax NF, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) extract, organic trifolium pratense (Clover) flower extract, organic vitex trifolia (Chaste Tree) fruit extract, cimicifuga racemosa (black cohosh) root extract, benzyl alcohol, ethylhexylglycerin, sodium bicarbonate, carbomer, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, allantoin, polylysine, xanthan gum, lecithin, and vitamin E (tocopherol).
Directions
Apply twice daily (morning and evening), starting with 1/4 tsp and gradually increasing to 1/2 tsp over a week. Rotate between the chest, neck, inner thighs, wrists, or abdomen with each application. Use for three (3) weeks then take a one (1) week bread during menstruation. If not menstruating, take a 1 week break after three (3) weeks of use.
