Directions
For a therapeutic bath soak, add 1-2 cups to a tub of warm water. For a therapeutic foot soak, add ¼ to ½ cup to a foot basin of warm water. Soak at least 15-20 minutes for full benefits. Add more flakes as needed, based on water level and desired strength.
