1. Choose the appropriate size of bandage for body part you intend to wrap. 2. Unwrap bandage, making sure it does not roll up or tangle. 3. Position at starting point wrap, ensuring is too tight loose. 4. Begin wrapping around in a firm, even manner. 5. Overlap each layer by about half width ensure adequate coverage and support. 6. Continue until desired area covered, taking care wrap tightly, which could restrict blood flow. 7. Secure end with hook-and-loop closure, loose. 8. Periodically check wrapped proper fit comfort. 9. To remove gently unwrap opposite direction, pull tug skin. 10. Discard used wash dry reuse, if applicable.
