Instruções
Apply liberally and rub well into clean skin to larger areas of skin such as your torso, legs, and arms, to help maximize absorption. Avoid sensitive areas and mucus membranes. Rinse or wipe off after 20 minutes if desired. 1ml (6 sprays approximately) delivers a minimum of 150mg of optimally absorbable elemental Magnesium.
