SaltPods are a scientifically formulated concentrate of pharmaceutical grade sea salt and purified water. Yields 8 ounces of isotonic saline (0.9% w/v) when mixed with 7.75 ounces of water.

1. Remove the Navage Nasal Irrigation System from its packaging. 2. Clean all removable parts with warm, soapy water. 3. Insert a SaltPod capsule into the device. 4. Fill the water reservoir with distilled, micro-filtered (0.2 micron), freshly opened commercially bottled, or previously boiled and cooled to body temperature water. 5.
