1. Clean the nasal irrigator and its removable parts with warm, soapy water. 2. Mix one saline packet in 300ml of water. 3. Fill the nasal irrigator's water tank with the saline solution. 4. Choose the desired pressure mode (soft, normal, or pulse). 5. Insert the nasal irrigator tip into your nostril and turn it on. 6. Gently irrigate your nasal passages, allowing the solution to flow out through the other nostril or mouth. 7. Repeat the process for the other nostril. 8. Clean the nasal irrigator after each use.
