Veiligheidsinformatie
Niet spoelen als de neusholte volledig is geblokkeerd of als u een oorinfectie of verstopte oren heeft. Als u druk in de oren ondervindt, stop dan met spoelen en haal verdere aanwijzingen van uw arts. Niet spoelen als uw neusholte volledig is geblokkeerd, maar u kunt afspoelen met een gedeeltelijk geblokkeerde neusgang. Gebruik lauw water. Gebruik geen heet of kokend water. Volg de reinigingsprocedures in de brochure. U kunt ook overwegen het gebruik van Sinus Rinse te bespreken met uw arts. Sinus Rinse fles en mengsel mogen alleen worden gebruikt voor nasale irrigatie. Gelieve niet te gebruiken voor enig ander doel. Vermijd minstens 1 tot 2 uur voor het slapen gaan. Wij adviseren sterk tegen het gebruik van onze kit bij kinderen of volwassenen die minder begrip hebben. Patiënten die niet kunnen opstaan en niet in de buurt van de gootsteen kunnen staan, mogen dit product niet gebruiken. We raden u aan deze kit niet te gebruiken bij patiënten die in bed gebonden of ernstig verzwakt zijn. Volwassenen moeten de procedure te begrijpen en alleen dan gebruiken voor hun kinderen. Wij raden u aan dit product alleen te gebruiken bij kinderen ouder dan vijf jaar. De procedure is hetzelfde voor kinderen en volwassenen. Als uw kind jonger is dan vijf jaar, moet u de arts van uw kind raadplegen voordat u dit product gebruikt. Let op: Spoelen met gewoon water zonder het mengsel zal meer brandend gevoel dan spoelen met de zoutoplossing veroorzakenoplossing.

Routebeschrijving
1. Please wash your hands. Fill up the clean bottle with 240 ml (8 oz) of warm distilled water or previously boiled water. You may warm the water in a microwave but we recommend that you warm it in increments of five seconds. This is to avoid excessive heating of the water and damage to the bottle. 2. Cut the Sinus Rinse mixture and pour it's contents into the bottle. Tighten the cap & tube on the bottle securely, place one finger over t he tip of the cap and shake the bottle to dissolve the mixture. 3. Standing in front of a sink, bend forward to your comfort level and tilt your head down. Keeping your mouth open and without holding your breath, apply cap snugly against your nasal passage and squeeze bottle gently until solution starts draining from the opposite nasal passage or from your mouth. Make sure to keep squeezing the bottle gently until at least 1/4 to 1/2 (60 to 120 ml) of the bottle is used for a proper rinse. Do not swallow the solution. 4. Blow your nose gently, without pinching your nose completely as this will apply pressure on the eardrums. If tolerated, sniff in any residual solution remaining in the nasal passage once or twice prior to blowing the nose as this may clean out the posterior nasopharyngeal area which is the area at the back of your nasal passage. Some solution will reach the back of the throat so please spit out. To help improve drainage of any residual solution, blow your nose gently while tilting your head to the opposite side of the nasal passing you just rinsed. 5. Now repeat steps 3 & 4 on your other nasal passage. If there is any solution leftover, please discard it. We recommend you make a fresh solution each time you rinse. Rinse once or twice a day or as directed by your physician. Store or keep in a cool & dry place.
