Seagate Carrot and Garlic capsules are safe for adults and children, and are best if taken with meals. For maintenance support, take 1 to 3 capsules per day. For additional support, take 3 capsules, three times per day. Due to the strength of this product, Seagate recommends taking this product with meals.
