Het ijs in de probiotica kan warm zijn bij aankomst, maar we hebben studies gedaan in de zomermaanden om te bepalen dat het nog steeds beschermt de probiotica. Hoewel het niet langer koud is op het moment van aankomst, zal de probiotische levensvatbaarheid niet worden aangetast en moet worden geplaatst in de koelkast bij het uitpakken
