HOE WORDT UW NETI POT GEBRUIKT:Je moet: Sattvic Path Neti Pot 1⁄2 theelepel van all-natural Himalaya zout of zeezout Gefilterd of gedistilleerd water Handdoek of washandje 1. Doe een halve theelepel zout in lauw water en roer in de pot. Over een gootsteen, kantel je hoofd naar voren zodat je kijkt direct naar beneden naar de gootsteen. Plaats de tuit in uw rechter neusgat. Draai je hoofd naar rechts en laat water zich in het rechter neusgat bewegen en verlaat het linker neusgat.
