Routebeschrijving
Volg de instructies voor verwarming en koeling zoals aangegeven. Breng aan tot maximaal 20 minuten op een tijdstip dat ten minste een uur tussen het gebruik of zoals aanbevolen door uw arts. Voor Cold Therapy: Bevries de verpakking 4 uur voor gebruik. Voor warmtetherapie: Magnetron voor de aangegeven tijd. Masseer pad om warmte gelijkmatig te verdelen, zoals aangegeven door kleur veranderende parels en testtemperatuur voorafgaand aan gebruik. Verwarm maar één pakje tegelijk.
