Jarrow Formulas Vitamin D3 is formulated with cholecalciferol, the form of vitamin D that may improve vitamin D status better than equivalent amounts of ergocalciferol (D2).* Each serving of Jarrow Formulas Vitamin D3 contains 62.5 mcg (2,500 IU) of vitamin D3, so you receive the amount of this essential nutrient to support your health. Jarrow Formulas Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) may help improve vitamin D status better than equivalent amounts of ergocalciferol (D2).* D3 is also the form produced by skin with UVB exposure (sunlight).
