B-12 fast melt contains an active Coenzyme form of vitamin B-12 instead of the more commonly available cyanocobalamin form. B-12 fast melt is a quick-dissolving and easily absorbed coenzymated form of vitamin B-12 for energy and nerve health support. Vitamin B-12 is normally found in meat, seafood, eggs and dairy.
