Each serving size (3 capsules) contains: Calcium 150 mg, Iodine 50 mcg, Magnesium 125 mg, Zinc 12.5 mg, Selenium 100 mcg, Manganese 2.5 mg, Chromium 100 mcg, Molybdenum 50 mcg, Potassium 49 mg, Boron 1 mg, Vanadium 50 mcg. Other ingredients: vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water), ascorbyl palmitate.
Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules, 1-2 times daily, with meals.
