Cold application: Store the hip ice pack wrap bursitis in the freezer at least 6 hours and go use. Hot application: Put hip surgery ice pack in your microwave, heat it for 130s, remove and knead the cold pack. Limit application of the gel pack to 15-20 minutes at a time, and then repeat every 1-1.5 hours as needed. If the ice pack for hip bursitis is still too hot or cold, please use additional towels to wrap the pack. When you heat the ice pack for hip surgery in a microwave, it is important to knead the gel and smooth it. Do not place a long time microwave heating, it is recommended that a small number of times.
