The wrist sleeve is intended to provided soothing cold or hot therapy for the temporary relief of minor aches and pains and to promote relaxation.
Virzieni
Keep the product in the provided clear plastic freezer bag or use your own and place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours. After 2 hours remove the product from the freezer and test its temperature. If its too cold to comfortably place on the area, let it sit out until it reaches your desired temperature. Once it is at your desired temperature, place the product on the area.
