1. Remove the ice pack from its packaging. 2. If using for hip bursitis or hip replacement surgery, place the ice pack on the affected area. 3. Use the adjustable straps to secure the ice pack in place, ensuring full coverage of the hip. 4. The ice pack can be used for both cold and hot therapy, depending on your needs. 5. For cold therapy, freeze the ice pack for at least 2 hours before use. 6. For hot therapy, heat the ice pack in warm water for approximately 10-15 minutes before use. 7. Do not apply the ice pack directly to the skin for an extended period to avoid skin damage. 8. Use the ice pack for 15-20 minutes, then remove it for at least 1-2 hours to allow the skin to return to its normal temperature. 9. Repeat the process as needed for pain relief and recovery.
