<ul><li>Shake well before using.</li><li>Use the dosing cup provided to measure correct dose.</li><li>For children 2 11 years old, give dose according their weight or age, as shown in chart.</li><li>Repeat every 4 6 hours needed, but do not more than 5 doses 24 hours.</li><li>If possible, use child's dose; otherwise, age.</li><li>Remove child-resistant cap and squeeze dosage into cup.</li><li>After measuring dose, it child have them swish around mouth for a few seconds swallowing.</li></ul>
