Directions
Mix 2 scoops (60grams) of maltodextrin in water or juice. Consume during and after intense exercise. Add to shakes, smoothies or other drinks, blend for best consistency. Can combine with milk, juice or water and shake in closed container to dissolve. Maltodextrin is flavorless.
