Each jar contains 2400mg of powder, and each 10mg scoop will contain 1 billion plus bacteria. There are no fillers or additives, just pure probiotic powder. *Please note, the product is shipped via regular USPS. The reasons for this are, this product is stable at room temperature for several months, and being a component of vaginal flora, it can tolerate much warmer temperatures as well. We do recommend storing in a refrigerator or freezer upon arrival for maximum shelf life, but arriving hot should not harm the product*
