Nature Made B-Complex with vitamin C is formulated with a combination of essential B vitamins (thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6 and pantothenic acid) that help convert the food you eat into cellular energy. It also contains vitamin C, an antioxidant, to help support the immune system.
Nature Made B-Complex is recommended as part of a daily regimen for women's health, longevity, stress, heart strength, mood, energy, liver health, and fitness. B-Complex supplement is a combination of such essential B vitamins as thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B-6, and pantothenic acid, along with vitamin C. Thiamine is involved primarily in energy production in the body, especially in the brain.
