One Capsule Contains: Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 15 mg, Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal 5'-Phosphate) 5 mg, Folate (400 mcg as L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate from L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolic Acid, Glucosamine Salt ) 667 mcg DFE, Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin) 300 mcg, Iron (as Ferrochel Ferrous Bisglycinate Chelate) 36 mg. Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (derived from cellulose) capsule, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Leucine, Silicon Dioxide.
Directions
Take 1 capsule one to three times daily or as recommended by a health-care practitioner.
