Directions
Dosing for First-Time Users: take two caplets of Lipo-Flavonoid Plus in the morning and two caplets midday. Then take two caplets of Lipo-Flavonoid Night 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Take six caplets total each day for at least 60 days. Then switch to maintenance usage. Dosing for Maintenance Users: take one caplet of Lipo-Flavonoid Plus in the morning and one caplet midday. Then take 2 caplets of Lipo-Flavonoid Night 30-60 minutes before bedtime every day. For some people, one caplet of Lipo-Flavonoid Night may be enough to achieve results. If supplements upset your stomach it may help to take Lipo-Flavonoid with food. Consult your doctor before using Lipo-Flavonoid Night for more than 30 consecutive days.
