Indications: For relief of occasional constipation and irregularity. This product generally produces bowel movement in 6 to 12 hours.

Directions
Take at bedtime as needed with a full glass of water. Adults & children age 12 years and over: Take 1 capsule. Do not take more than 1 capsule in a 24-hour period. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Do not take for more than 1 week as frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence. Do not exceed recommended dosage.Directions
