It combines herbs and amino acids that work together to facilitate falling asleep and maintaining a regular sleep cycle. This formula addresses all aspects of sleep, including relaxation, latency, and the biological clock. It contains gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), lemon balm, and L-tryptophan to promote relaxation. Plus, it includes valerian and hops, which are linked to reducing latency (the delay before entry into sleep), and melatonin, which sets the sleep-wake clock and signals entry into sleep.
