Twist top clockwise to activate mist. 3. Hover mouthpiece or mask near nose & mouth & inhale for 1-3 minutes. Use with or without mask. 4. Twist in the opposite direction to stop mist. After use, remove mask & mouthpiece. Rinse with water & dry completely before next use. Mask & mouthpiece are top rack dishwasher safe.
