Suunad
Adults take 1 Vege Capsule 2 or 3 times a day with water or lukewarm water at least 1 hour before or after meals. In the beginning, you may start with 2 Vege capsules 2 or 3 times a day for a while and after that resume the regular serving size according to your body requirement. Adjust the dose according to your body requirement as per advice of your health care provider.
