Instrucciones
Siga las instrucciones de calefacción y refrigeración según lo indicado. Aplicar hasta 20 minutos a la vez permitiendo al menos una hora entre usos o según lo recomendado por su médico. Para la terapia fría: Congela el paquete durante 4 horas antes de usar. Para la terapia de calor: Microondas para el tiempo indicado. Almohadilla de masaje suave para distribuir uniformemente el calor como se indica por las perlas que cambian el color y la temperatura de prueba antes del uso. Calienta sólo un paquete a la vez.
