Apply 4-5 sprays onto skin (or hand) and massage the area. Leave for 15-20 minutes. After a while you may see a slight white residue forming on the skin at area product was applied. Its just a salt remaining after the absorption of the Magnesium. It can be easily wiped or wash off with water.
