1. Open the battery compartment to turn off the hearing amplifier, close it to turn it on. 2. Choose the appropriate ear dome for a snug fit in your ear canal. 3. Adjust the volume using the volume wheel. 4. Select the listening mode by pressing the mode button (Program N for normal listening, Program H for noise cancelling). 5. Replace the battery when needed.
