Psyllium (seed and husk), Alfalfa (leaves), Rosehips (Rosa canina) (fruit), Buckthorn (Rhamnus frangula) (bark), Cascara Sagrada (bark), Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Montmorillonite Clay, Cayenne Pepper (fruit), Garlic (bulb).
Instrucciones
Use only as directed. Mix 1 rounded teaspoon (1.5 tsp.) in 8oz of water or juice, stir to blend and drink at once. Take 1/2 hour before or 2 hours after a meal. Drink 6-8 glasses of water throughout the day while using this product. Water-soluble fiber encourages natural elimination, usually within 12-72 hours. A feeling of fullness is common. If minor bloating or gas occurs, reduce amount and adjust gradually. If experiencing slower elimination, use daily. Store in a cool, dry place.
