Mix 2 tbsp of Bajji Bonda powder with 1 cup of water to make a batter for deep-frying onion, potato, banana, or eggplant slices (Bajji). For Bonda, mix 2 tbsp of powder with 1 cup of water, add salt to taste, and deep-fry the batter-coated onion or potato pieces.
