Lydia Pinkham Herbal Tablets were first introduced in 1875, and since then have been used by generations of women the world over. It contains 7 natural herbs plus iron, calcium, and vitamins C and E. Each daily dose provides 6 mg of iron (33% RDA), 500 mg of calcium (50% RDA), 60 mg of vitamin C (100% RDA), and 30 IU of vitamin E (100% RDA). Directions: Two tablets 3 times a day, with meals. For best results, take it regularly throughout the month. Warnings: If you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
