Suggested Use: Take with meal (to prevent stomach upset). Mix with 4-8 oz juice or water. Suggested Simple Spectrum for Kids Dosage: Begin at low dosage and gradually increase to the dosage listed over 1-2 weeks 30-60 lbs take 1/4 tsp 2 times a day 61-90 lbs take 1/2 tsp 2 times a day 91-120 lbs take 3/4 tsp 2 times a day Can be taken in one single dose, but 1/2 dose 2x/day preferred.
