Instrukce
1. Remove the ice wrap from its packaging. 2. Insert a frozen ice pack into the pocket of the ice wrap. 3. Secure the ice wrap around the desired body part using the elastic band. 4. Leave the ice wrap on for a period of time to provide cold therapy. 5. Remove the ice wrap when finished.
