Instrukce
Instructions: VSL#3® powders can be consumed or mixed with a cold, non-carbonated beverage, or a cold food, such as yogurt or applesauce. However, they should not be consumed with hot beverages or foods, as high heat inactivates the live bacteria in them. Storage: VSL#3® should be stored under refrigeration (36-46°F) but can be kept at room temperature (77°F) for up to 2 weeks without any noticeable loss in potency. Dosage: Take as directed by your physician (usual adult dosage is 1-2 packets as needed, up to 4 times a day).
