Adults & Children 12 yrs and over - 1 suppository once daily. Remove from foil, Insert suppository well into rectum, pointed end first. Reatin about 15 - 20 minutes. Children 6 -12 years; 1/2 suppository once daily. Children under 6 years- ask doctor
